We discovered that our test admin tool (test.crossref.org) was being delayed by a couple of large submissions earlier today (19:00 UTC). We removed those submissions and restarted the admin tool. There are more than 20,000 existing test submissions in the queue, so it will take additional time for those submissions to be processed.
