Submission errors for web deposit form and Metadata Manager users

The 500 errors reported by Metadata Manager users has been resolved. We do still have an issue for some members who are depositing content using the web deposit form. If you encounter problems, please contact our support team at support@crossref.org. We can help you sort it out.

Update

We are continuing to investigate this issue. As a result of today's maintenance release, we should have more visibility into the problem so we can properly diagnose and fix the bug responsible for the Metadata Manager errors.

We have identified the problem and are pausing the deposit queue to work out a fix. Deposits submitted during this time will be stored and processed after this maintenance has been completed.

We have had a few members report errors making submissions to the web deposit form and Metadata Manager. This appears to be related to a change we introduced in the maintenance release earlier today. We're investigating.
