The primary handle server we use (via CNRI) to register and update DOIs went down earlier today due to a DIS space issue. The primary handle was down from 10:00 to 11:30 UTC, and has since been fixed by CNRI. We are rerunning all submissions that failed due to this incident. All of these failed submissions will be rerun by 16:00 UTC today.
